Here are some great resources for any blogger:

Google Notebook is a great way to take notes, especially as you're researching online. There's a cool Firefox add-on, too, that makes it even more convenient to use.

Picnik is a free online photo editor, so you can get great pictures for your blog posts.

Ustream is a great way to do live video streaming online. All you need is a webcam and a free account with them and they do the rest. You can record the live broadcasts for later playback, and there's a chat window so viewers can become participants. You can even cohost your show with another person.
